Red Trail Music

…why is it called Red Trail Music? Well, besides making music I also love riding my moutain bike and I always had that idea about building my own custom bike. I came up with red trail because I wanted to build a trail bike and write a blog about it so I got the domain and even had a logo done… but long story short… I build the bike but I never did the blog. But I really liked the logo, so when I started the radio show and the label and was looking for a name it was quite obvious for me to use what I already had.

As an artist I had mixed experiences with labels. It’s hard to get feedback from the bigger ones and the smaller ones often rely on the artists for promotion and can’t really afford to invest much. We are a small label too but at Red Trail we want to give artists the best possible experience when releasing their music with us. We are taking our own experiences with labels and focus on what was good and avoid what we didn’t like from an artist view. Good communication, a promotional budget to kick things off and developing a strategy to grow together is our mission.
